The start of this route is at Cap de L'Homy, opposite the entrance to the Cap De L'Homy Municipal Campsite. Here there is a large picnic area and information panels with information about the route.
You can reach this point by car, as there is a car park at the starting point, or by bike. If you have chosen two wheels, a word of warning: when you reach the junction of the Velodyssee with the Cap de L'homy - Lesperon route, there is a small but very steep slope, so take as much of a run as you can.
